September 08.

Still no stream.

I think the season is over. Let´s hope for a successful breeding next year.

You think so, IceAge? If this is true, the rest of September is ruined for me.

I’m happy to observe this nest since a couple of weeks and feel very sorry for the non working webcam. :banghead: is there someone to make a video for instance on august 30, at 6.56h to 7.04h, where our tönn child is playing in the nest? just to remind us, how much we liked to observe it?
or another of september 9 at 6.15h till 6.18h. again playing, which was rather rare.
I also hope, like many others here, that maybe the cam is working again. because I could not see any migration of töll and others. maybe we could still hear them beside the nest.

Welcome to the forum pica! :hi:
on august 30th , i found Tõnnipoeg at 8:56, the recording is few times a bit jerky, but nevertheless i made a quite long clip.

video 8:56 - 9:03

in those days i didn't watch a lot. it is really nice to see him so "busy".
The saving of files ended on 5th september.

There is not enough light for to charge batteries of camera. Solar panel is a bit hided in this place, but it worked well since spring. Now the sun seems to be low to be effective.
Tõnn is still around breeding site, therefore we do not show his tracks publicly. If Tõnn starts for migration, he will shown also on migration map.

Thanks a lot for letting us know, Urmas! So I guess we can assume that when Tõnn appears on the birdmap, Tiiu and the eaglet will have already flown. That's something, at least :innocent:

hi all

unfortunately I could not find a better place for my question, so I post it here (feel free to put it in the correct thread if necessary).

Urmas did let us know on august 22: „Afterwards it was too late and transmitter we had, was installed on other GSE (adult female, not of this family). Probably she will be seen on migration map if starts flight south.“

I saw on the map, that there are two new GSE, named Pille and Priit. May we know which one has got the transmitter? tx urmas and don‘t hurry :shake:

Wish you all a wonderful weekend and hopefully indian summer weather.
