Too over operation for 15 minutes. It seems that even operators log in is too much for cam connection. YouTube takes then only half of source and other second half operator. But if opeartor is logged off - full source will go for steaming. Not to speak if more than one operator is logged in.
The same with commands to the camera - every command takes network source, especially movements.
