7:49 sound whooper swan ?
Sorry for the late reply, Fleur, but I think they're Cranes. :)

To me, W. Swans have more of a honking, nasal, almost Goose-like call.

Good morning everyone! After yesterday's storm, the forest was full of birdsong in the morning. You could also hear the Cc and pieces of their game sounds, but we could not see them. There was a lot of wing flapping that characterized their jumps on the ground. Only at 08:02 o'clock we managed to see one of the birds rising from the ground.

Nice Fleur  that was the third one in view 9:23-9:40 and was the only one showing the tail pattern properly, he seemed to be dominant (called C below)

9:23:51 A flies left/down chased away by B flying right and landing:

9:25:19 C comes in from the background chasing B away:

A funny thing this morning was Boreal Owl fully playing in full daylight like 6:29, 7:02, 7:46, 7:59 plus the bubbling sound, never heard of that :puzzled:

Mornin' :hi:

I saw one Cc, and heard: Cranes, Cc's, Bullfinches and Siskins ...

Sadly I don't know how to recognize Crossbills, so even if I did hear them, I don't know of it..

May I ask a question?

How is electricity and internet signal solved for this cam?

Thanks!

There is an introduction article for this cam on LK main page, until now in Estonian language only:
https://www.looduskalender.ee/n/node/4370#cam

Using Google translator and copy and paste the article, it will surely give a rough overview until the article will be available in English, too (hopefully).
Meanwhile pictures will help to understand also.
