Thanks Marfo, so I don't need my picture
You can always post pictures, doesn't matter if someone else already posted one. Other pictures can sometimes show other details. It is not a competition about who posts first. I do not post when I have exactly the same image and when it is on the same page. I feel there is no point in that case.
You be the judge.

Virsis flies in. He looks at the food. Maybe he is hungry. He flies away shortly after.

Spilve comes and drags the fox from underneath the chick.

The kid was actually sleeping between the foxes legs
Understandable, it's much nicer to sleep un a soft fur than on branches..

asteria wrote: May 24th, 2020, 4:13 pm Did they catch foxes or is it a roadkill?
No idea. There are no roads nearby I believe, but they can fly a long way for food.

Virsis brought a tiny bird again. The same one as yesterday, white belly, black back. No webbed feet.

A large bird either duck or possibly small goose has appeared, don’t know what time ,definitely see a webbed foot sticking up.

This little one is definitely not going to go hungry any time soon . 👍

Feeding has started on the bird brought earlier, don’t know how long ago it started.

16.33

Feeding finished, and one large crop established. 👍

The right hand side of the nest resembles a display in a butchers shop window ! 😂

Or Klinta if it's a girl (which I think she is  )

I didn't know the Latvians already decided on the name.
It means 'rock' (or cliff).
Good name

Good morning,

Nice quiet morning, chick doing normal ‘daily exercise’ all around the nest as you pointed out yesterday Black Swan, think he/she must have covered every inch ! 😂
