Seems the buzzards try to chase the eagle away

Difficult to catch, the buzzard can be seen in the middle of the picture, right of the tree

11.02 a bird flew close by the eagle - i am not sure if it was a buzzard?

the eagle has made a few sounds - not full blown calls

11:11 eagle jumped back to the nest
buzzard is making flybyes to chase eagle away, must be buzzard :slap:

there are birds around - possibly trying to chase eagle away??? it got back on the nest and watches these birds

they are simply too fast to catch on a single frame

I may be mistaken, because I can hardly tell its head from its tail in the photo :D but isn't it a nuthatch? (Sitta europaea)

12.25 a buzzard visited the nest

another bird flew by - left to right, in the background - around 12.25:40-ish - might have been this buzzard's companion?

then it flew to the branch
