thank you for the observation, laranjeiras!
it looked like a big bird but the voice did not belong to an eagle. i can't say what it was...? maybe a buzzard? or some other bird of pray?

the second one came about 30 seconds later

they called to each other for a while
at 9.15 the buzzard who'd gone, came back and they both stayed on the nest a while
Image

I cannot tell if they have brought twigs/sticks - they are fast and my eyesight not that good. Also - I do not know what kind of buzzards these are

9.17 one flew away then, seconds later the next one did
first one flying away
Image

and they both came back at 9.24
some to'ing and fro'ing I have not recorded - but they seem to be around
have to go

Hi everybody - long time - no see..

We don´t understand whats going on - "our" camera is not working, but here are the camera working, and we see a white tailed in a nest..??

Sorry - now we realize that it´s a golden eagle... :whistling:
Nature is often cruel and ruthless, but always with a purpose (hard to see sometimes though...).
But no way near the cruelty of humans..!
