I have received an answer from Urmas Lett. I am afraid, but at the moment it will be not possible to view it in VLC, as:
but not in VLC. And I just a hint on how it maybe is possible to play it in an external player:
It's possible to see the JWstream: http://pontu.eenet.ee/player/juras-erglis.htmlSorry, this stream is only in rtmp format.
RTMP support in VLC player is currently broken.

It's offline for the moment, I'm afraid. But we hear there will be a Latvian WTE nest as well, ESTLAT be thanked! When we get links and details we will inform everyone here!

it'll be coming...On 10 Mar 2013, 09:29 Bea wrote:Woodpecker inspecting Juras-Erglis nest
Jo, what about an own thread for the Estlat-nests 2013???
Edit: now that i looked at Bea's pictures and the pictures from last season more carefully it seems that this is not a new nest after all. i think it is the same nest but the viewing angle is new. i think the camera has been moved a bit higher and to the right of its previous position. the fork of branches which is now in the middle was more to the left last year.
moving the camera higher is a good idea. maybe now it is not so vulnerable to poop-shots.

Yes, there will be a new topic for the 2013 Latvian ESTLAT nests, just as soon as we have sufficient information to start it.
On the other hand, members need somewhere to post pics and reports so we must provide a place.
