I shall try to find him on tape, but with VLC I can't find him...Vlc stopped before I can make a movie from it :banghead:
......

strange stupid VLC, but I got him with replay video capture :headroll:
I took it with replay video capture over the movie
It is very confusing, but there he is -- a cute little thing.

yes, the soundtrack gets 'shrunken' compared to the 'picturetrack' when i record with VLC from these live cameras. the shrinkage is a constant fraction of the total length of the video so that the soundtrac is about 80% of the video. in a 10-minute-long video there is sound only for 8 minutes and in a 5-minute video there's sound for 4 minutes and so on. when i upload a video like this to Y-tube the uploading is finished when sound stops and then the end (last pictures without sound) are cut off.

actually the length of the video which VLC shows is the lengt of the soundtrack, too, but there is picture for a longer time when i replay the video myself. the track counter keeps ticking longer than the nominal lenght of the video. on the 'overtime' there's no sound and Y-tube neglects this overtime.

when i want to be sure that i get all important live recording on the tape with sound i have to record extra time to be sure that i get it up in the Y-tube video, too. it is a bit difficult because i should know how long the recording has been on and then record 1/0.8 = 1.25-times longer for to get the important event on the recording with sound.
