Jan and Janika have been excellent food providers today, pure joy!

I scrolled back and saw poor Jan at 20:51 feeding trying hard to regurgitate possibly ninespine sticklebacks who have from 8 to 12 spines despite its name. It must have hurt!

- on July 12 - the youngest/fourth chick (Benjamin) perished 25 day old (unknown reason)
- on July 16 the chicks got ring (7181,7182,7183) and the body was removed for examination

trio hatched on June 14 + 14 and 15 - they are today 48 and 47 day old
