this morning is different - our handsome male did not continue to build a nest - it is done

stork sat just in the early morning (he rested all night standing)

ruffled his feather and at 05:49:09 flew away (not yet returned to the nest)

at 10:11:16 he stand up, ruffled his feathers, preening, nest restoration (not much), shortly sings, observing the surrounding

12:46:12 stork arrived back to the nest (calling)
preening, aerated the nest-bowl
12:49:21 settled down

13:03:04 stork stand up, preening, ruffled his feather, he looked around and at 13:04:22 flew away

14:54:37 he calls shortly and and continues to rest

Thanks for the pictures of the day!

Are there any other black storks in that area at all? After all, it's pretty sad if our handsome stork can't find any friends. But, after all, he has a beautiful summer home where he can laze.

every morning is very, very similar
our handsome male is already in the early morning busy as a bee, we see also lot of preening and sometimes resting

one of arrivals - this with huge branch of moss
