In my opinion Oru flew also to right
I saw 2x flapping by Aru and after this attack the goshawk flew straight up https://i.postimg.cc/fR7smvKX/mt-2019-0 ... -39-07.jpg
... could (and how) the goshawk hurt our storklet during the flight at such a brief moment :puzzled:
Thank you Solo, that you have looked at it again. :2thumbsup:
I would say no? The goshawk would just hit the back .. and there is the transmitter.

Both are chirping. That's very interesting how they sing after this shock

15:38:23 ...three hours after the attack

Watched a video in slow mo. In the right flew 716A. He's a good fellow, he had to Wade through the thicket and fly over the trees. So there's hope that he's just waiting somewhere to catch his breath and come to his senses.

Green represents trajectory 716А.

He's back! Well done, you've come all this way!

In addition to the attack, Oru experienced difficult minutes of waiting, this was evident. Everything is good, what everything is good :headroll:

I do not like to see that they are still alarmed. It's been 3 hours since the attack

Yes. The important thing is that everyone is alive and well. They're back together. No one knows how long they'll be this close.

Now that our two storklets are safely back on the nest, I would like to talk about something completely different that worries me.

There is something that I would like to say. I doubted whether I should post this, but I do.
I will be honest about what is on my mind.

I had prepared a few detailed photos of a feeding, last evening, but I didn’t post them because I felt deflated.
Every time there are arguments and aggressive conversations on the forum, I feel sad and disappointed.
It is unpleasant, discouraging and totally unnecessary. It ruins every pleasure.

I have been a member for the fourth year now and I have been reading many posts for 5 years.
There have been dozens of arguments, most of which were removed by the admins.
It is - fortunately - striking that the vast majority of LK members like to live in peace, and remain helpful and friendly (or at least polite).
That is why I would like the very few ‘troublemakers' to consider how often they have been personally involved in each of those quarrels in the past, and draw some honest conclusions from this.

I would also like to point out that nobody here is more important or superior, on this forum.
All boasting and self-glorification are childish and unpleasant to read.
The forum belongs to all.
And most importantly: nobody should feel ‘forced’ to stay in the background (or even disappear in silence!), because others dare to mouth them off.
