Bon voyage Mrs G.
We last saw Mrs G as darkness fell on Sunday night. If she has started her journey south we wish her safe travels and we hope to see her safely return to us next March.

We were almost convinced that Aran had left us, having not seen him since Wednesday, but he is still with us! He landed on one of his favourite perching places earlier this afternoon. The earliest date he has left the valley is September 12th. Will tomorrow be the day he begins his journey south?

We have had no further sightings of Aran since early Tuesday morning the 14th. It is looking likely that both he and Mrs G are now on their way south. Safe journey both, we hope to see you next year.
