November, Sunday 10, at 15.31:
First a rainshower fine drops and just like a net curtain...and an hour later just a bit more to the right side, the west, the sunset. That spectacle started at
16.37 Dutch time and ended at 16.42.

A bit more to the east the moon on a dark and partly clear sky.16.39 o'clock.

The show was over at 16.44!

Great pictures, despite the car window - thank you for sharing them with us
NB: Earlier this autumn a Common Buzzards (quite older than yours) was sitting in a field where I live, and I chased it away only by slowing down my car.
Your welcome!

Maybe this bird has not yet bad experiences, the place where
I saw him is rather lonely. Every year a couple of buzzards is
nesting there and having some young ones.
Enough to eat and not many enemies. I love to go there and
make pictures of what I see.

Lucky you, must be really great!
This year we had a Common Buzzards family in our neighbourhood, and in the early autumn the young had their flying training over our house. It was really amazing to watch. I hope the Buzzards couple will return again next year.

Friday afternoon I went to Donna and Polle to look after them while their bosses were not at home.
After 3 foggy days the sun now was shining.

Image

In the meadow near the house there now are sheep.

Image

When the sheep are there the roe deer don't pass
through that field, they take a path closer to the farm
to get into the forest.

Image

Do you happen to know why some of those sheep
have a red sign?

Image

Beautiful countryside
Many things are soooo wellknown..Barley again??
Before the maize was on this field in summer, there
also was barley, it is a product used for feed and in the stables and cowsheds.

Image

The light and the colours were so soft and friendly..

Image

Berries for the birds or an artistic still life?

Image

Food, "peanuts".

Image

Enjoy this composition: food for eyes and minds!

Image

Polle hunting mice...15h17. But he did not find them,
there was birdsfood in the grass, grains, bread etc.

Image

No mice or birds...

Image

And after having been in the rather fresh/cold air some time, he needed some rest...close to me of course, so he can prevent that I leave when he sleeps....

Donna was sleeping in her own corner on her pillow, in the morning
she has been out with her special friend..a man who
takes more dogs for a walk together and then brings them back home to the owners. (spoiled animals????, why??).

Image

Image

They are really good friends!

That were some cosy hours with D&P on Friday the : 13 th!!

Beautiful photos of a nice autumn day. No sign of winter there, ergee, as it seems?
The sheep with the colour spots - I know that sheep going together to an alpine pasture in the mountains (like cows do too) during summer are marked with different coloured spots so the owners will get back their own sheep in autumn. Maybe on that meadow sheep from two different owners are grazing and one marked his with the dolour?

Ein Bauer hat alle diese Schafe und die trächtige Tiere haben
diese Rote Farbe.....Wusste es auch nicht und habe es im
letzten Jahr nachgefragt....bin neugierig!

Sorry! I made a mistake when posting this...thought of a pm
but it was not a pm.

The sheep belong to 1 farmer and the animals with a red sign
are pregnant.....
Last year it was the same scene and I asked it the famer...
Sometimes I'm really curious...

Ergee: Thanks a lot for these beautiful pictures of autumn. I like these colours so much. It's nice to see the photo's of the sheeps in the sunshine. Specially in wintertime, when the days are so short and dark and grey.
Donna and Polle are such cute ones

What colours! It seems at the moment we have very fiery and colourful sunsets. I have made a few photos like that in my place too.
It's just a few minutes, great that you were able to see it and manage to get them on photo, Ergee!
