Maybe Julge knows that there are lots of cormorans in Paris?

A possibility is that Julge is trying to reach the sea? :puzzled:
In Portugal and inner Spain, many migratory birds fly to the coast and then follow the coast until they find Gibraltar. There is a place in the Southwest of Portugal (Sagres) that is amazing in October because we can see lots of birds: either small ones but also vultures, eagles, etc..

Congratulations Anne! :2thumbsup:
It's indeed a wastewater treatment plant. I went there this noon: it's full of life. Reed beds, phragmites, willows,...
I heard lots of birds (passerines species...), saw water hens, dragonflies and ... i heard frogs!
No photographer; i was alone ... and no more Julge, surely already gone.
After Champagne, she goes to Paris. What's more normal? :whistling:

To visit Le Moulin Rouge?
With Julge you never know what will be the next adventure. :D
This little storklet keeps us in constant suspense (and terrors).

Many thanks for your visit to the wastewater treatment plant, and all interesting information, Lusciniole

Hello garina do mar :hi:
Maybe you are right.
Who knows what Julge has on his/her mind?

As long as s/he will not try to cross the Atlantic, I am happy. :whistling:

Who knows, Julge always surprises us with the unexpected.
In any case, today s/he does not seem to be looking for the vicinity of settlements to stay overnight.

Thanks everyone for the updates and interesting posts.

Jo, please get well soon

Julge certainly seems to have the instincts of a sailor!

Hmm - maybe heading for the Channel Islands? Fascinating.

Hello! :hi:

Julge/Brave, s/he is just amazing! All our days are full of surprises

Let's see what this "Brave Bird" does next. In any case, s/he is an extraordinary bird in the history of bird watching. An "evil stork" who quarreled with Urmas, escaped from a bear, sailed a ship, will maybe soon go to the metropolis...

Hello everyone! :hi:
This morning, cloudy weather. The weather forecast is for a bright sun this afternoon.
https://meteofrance.com/

"L'automne arrive la semaine prochaine
This calm and high pressure period with increasingly pleasant temperatures will accompany us until Friday.
+ An area of sometimes stormy showers will cross southwestern France towards the eastern regions between Saturday and Sunday.
+ Then the conditions will become more autumnal from Monday and several descents of cold air will affect Western Europe, especially in the middle of next week.
+ The disturbed ocean current will try to impose itself, but the disturbances will remain weak and there will be periods of lull. The pace and timing of these fronts remains to be defined."

https://www.meteo-villes.com/
I don't intend to go to Paris to make sure Julge's food ...

Hi Luscioniole, our dear french Julge's bodyguard :)
Thank you for bringing always nice news.
If Julge travels to Paris, s/he will surely eat dinner in some cosy restaurant after visiting Eiffel tower. :bounce:
Personally I wonder what Urmas says about this very special and crazy bird :chick:
Have a lovely day all of you!
