La hembra as a news reader:
Image

Good night:
Image

Since hatching, a clear pattern has been established. The male comes to the nest during the day and stays wih the chick for a couple of hours, allowing Mom to forage. Mom spends the nights at the nest. The chick is hardly ever left unattended. Let's hope the little one grows quickly enough for his/her features to become more identifiable in spite of the low resolution.

And then he lady produces the moment of the day:
Image

The chick is left on his/her own...:
Image

Before either adult comes home, the stream stops:
Image

It seems that the lady merely leapt onto one of the branches that surround the nest (possibly to absorb a few more rays of the setting sun) and will have jumped back into the nest a minute or two later, but she certainly has asked an intriguing question here.
