Eagle Owl, Denmark
https://www.dof.dk/oplev-fuglene/ugletv

March 30

Today the male flew back to the nest. He was calling all the time, but the female didn't answer, so he left. He stayed nearby, his voice could be heard.

Soon he returned, the female responded to his hoots and flew to the nest. Unfortunately, she did not stay there long.

October 1st

Farmer Derek

Live (Stream starts unfortunately with advertising  )

After the successful season of the eagle owls Bonnie and Clyde (two chicks fledged) in the actual nest of the sea eagles, a next season may start. Bonnie or Clyde begin to visit the nest tree again.

September 23rd:

Tonight a raccoon family (repeatedly) visited the nest. They obviously felt very comfortable.

Image

As cute as they look ... their presence at the eagle owl nest brings back bad memories.

October 23rd

Farmer Derek

Here, the course is set for another breeding season.
The male as well as the female are now still present and their young owls Tiger and Lilly can sometimes be heard.

In addition to all the countless bird watching cameras (they come up like mushrooms ...) here is a stream from the Netherlands.
HANS NATURAL CHANNEL
Here the bird camera, which also catches the tawny owl on the hunt at night.

Live

And here is one of his other cameras. The nest boxes of the tawny owl.

Live

This morning, after a few visits from a few different tawny owls, one stayed and will surely stay there for the day.
Here, too, it looks good for another season.

Another camera shows nest boxes of the Little Owl. No activities yet.

14:51 The tawny owl was nervous. Suddenly flew out of the nest box - and immediately back inside.

Competition or hunger?
But in the middle of the day?

This tawny owl is serious.
Now also present in the nest box on the second morning.

It remains to be seen whether both (males and females also communicated) actually breed.
Very possible. :innocent:

Let's see in a few weeks.
The stream is apparently changed daily (trial phase) but is easy to find.

Spotted Eagle Owl (Bubo africanus) cam in Joburg (Linden, Johannesburg), South Africa

YouTube channel of EcoSolutions, live stream address is changing after every drop out ....
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC0PEok ... dPqkFEqE2Q

Three owlets are in the nest box, the biggest one is an orphaned owlet which was placed to the other two owlets and it looks like the adults adopted it successfully.

Text from info box at YouTube

Exciting times are ahead! On Friday evening, 22nd October 2021 at 18h05, we placed an orphaned owlet into this owl box to be fostered by this owl family. There was no history on the owlet when it was handed into the Joburg Wildlife Veterinary Hospital (JWVH) and the best chance of survival was to place him in a nest with owlets of similar age. We have done this before with success. However, things can sometimes go wrong and it is for this reason that we are asking all of our followers to help us monitor this owlet's progress. The new owlet is about 5 days older than the 2 owlets. We have a very unique opportunity here to see exactly how the fostering goes.

The female Spotted Eagle Owl (Bubo africanus) laid 2 eggs and they hatched 13th October 2021.

EcoSolutions installed this Owl Cam at one of our occupied owl boxes last year. The Owl Cam is in a suburb called Linden in Johannesburg, South Africa. We had thousands of dedicated viewers worldwide watching the owlets grow.

BirdCAMs Hungary
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCU31-9 ... Mad67dbuhw

This nest is located in the attic of a house at Tiszlök (Hungary), very close to Hortobágy National Park.
The Little Owls are mostly present in the nest at all times of the year, so this live broadcast is online all year round. The most exciting moments can be seen in the breeding season in spring.

December 1st

I am returning to HANS NATUURKANAAL in the Netherlands.
The female tawny owl, called V in the chat, still visits the nesting box (after a short break). The male, called M in the chat, can be heard regularly. It could be a good season. Hans is also planning an outside camera.
The stream changes every 12 hours, but it's easy to find.

Currently live:
