I just found a Barn Owl nest cam in Israel.

It can be viewed using only Internet Explorer (you have to allow the Media Player Extension - follow the instructions on the page)

The Dutch site NatuurKanaal has several webcams, among them one of a Tawny Owl:

Tawny Owl (3 eggs, 2 hatched, 1 died (cause unknown):
  • choose Boscam 2 for the nestcam,
    choose Boscam 4 for the outside cam

There was a live stream through all incubation, till the female left the nest.
Explore discovered a new pair that had a nest in the vicinity. There is an owlet at the stage of branching now.
