Drama with the eagle owls in the Königstein

That night two chicks fell one after the other. Charolotte found a chick half-alive and brought it to the nest. The died. The second chick was still down. The responsible people would be disadvantaged. They responded quickly. The second chick was found and found OK. They brought the chick back into the nest (not to be seen). The dead chick was taken out.
Now there are two chicks in the nest, hopefully Charlotte will come again.
That's all I know .... to see and read in the chat.

Oh no, what a tragedy
It was so sad to watch. I hope that mum will come back soon and both owlets survive.
It would be good to install the net below the nest on the wall , just like in the GHO nest on the pillar in Surprise, Arizona.

Just had a look at Königstein Nest, the little one that fell out and was placed back to the nest looks not okay for me.
Not getting up and breathing hard

The little chick crashed again this morning, someone was looking. The chick falls into the straw that was laid out. This person who was watching said the chick was breathing heavily. But we already saw that the little boy was breathing heavily on the nest.
