Solo :hi: and thank you for pics and comments. :2thumbsup:

Yes, it seems these fires will never ending there. It is disastrous for all animals, nature and humans. The politicans there ignore that all,"nothing is to do" against the climate change...

18.December

Diamond makes a visit in the evening, earlier I saw Xavier on the ledge. The last two nights D was not at the legde for overnighting. Maybe it's to hot there.

What a crop she has! 8-)

...and she left.

When I click on your last link I get only "403 forbidden", the same problem what I've with Cillas side.

Just now I've read in chat:
Cilla Kinross
That rain forecast for Xmas Eve is disappearing. Now only 50% of 1-5 mm.

shines
Oh dear. 40% chance here.

Hello everyone :hi:

Birdfriend, thanx very much for all nice shots and reporting :2thumbsup:

new pics by Cilla on hangout - Dec.20

Here's Pluto, arrived back on tower about 7.45 pm this evening with his Dad. https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-ugii ... rowave.jpg

And another shot. He's sitting on the microwave dish just to the left of the tower. https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-fXG7 ... ve%2B2.jpg

And here's Dad, Xavier https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-iNEA ... 2Broof.jpg

pics by Cilla on hangout from Dec.22

No falcons found today, but hardly surprising considering the smoky air quality. These are the roost trees. https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-jN2h ... es%2B1.jpg

A view of the water tower through the gloom https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-rWXa ... Btower.jpg

And a smoky kestrel https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-ypsN ... Bsmoke.jpg

And Xavier appears in the gloom https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-eCQB ... Moment.jpg

And on a brighter note, here is a nice bonding session video: the link is not working, so Cilla wrote: Sometimes I have to actually get the video going and then copy the url address. If I just copy the link address, it doens't work as well. Who knows why. and Try this https://youtu.be/VGiIGL3dVko (2019 12 22 0733 bonding plus Pluto calling at end)

:hi: Solo,

you must have meant "Birdfriend" to say thank you because I haven't been active here for a long time... :D

But i'm still silently reading here and take this opportunity now to thank you both, Birdfriend and Solo, for keeping me/us updated with reporting and beautiful pictures

Unfortunately the website of the FalconCamProject got hacked again and Scott Banks is going to leave the official site offline until it can be reintroduced in a new format; no report on when that might be.
