Kawajet, of course you have to keep writing here. Please do it. :2thumbsup:
It's great that we can share our sadness and thoughts here.
Yesterday I had a weird day, that's why I think my sad message.

Today I sewed masks for some people who still have to work here.

That's another good thing I think :)

And Jo, sometimes I make puzzles on internet.

Polly, Spark is still up to date despite the internet, my wife and I have had the license since 1974, but it has certainly become a bit calmer in times of the internet. But shortwave is still popular, even if a lot happens on 2m and 70cm band.
I have a lot of hobbies, including drawing, painting, carving, electrical and electronics etc. But the animals are most important to me, but I also love people, so I take care of them
my neighbor with a dog who is alone .. shopping, vet etc.
So time flies by and we will surely overcome the virus ........
Greeting
Kawajet

For instance - I wonder what 12 weeks of self-isolation would feel like?
Probably novel and peaceful for the initial phase - but 12 weeks??
Hello everyone,
I live in Milan and my city is completely different.
Living this is not peaceful, it has been very abrupt and has affected all our lives heavily since February 24.
We are all at home, nervous and worried. Whoever you meet in the street when you go out for buying food (practically the one freedom of movement left), everyone looks at the other like a potential enemy.
I am quite depressed.

That all is very difficult to endure, especially if don't know what the future holds.
Normal life is impossible, if being aware of the current dangerous situation.
All i can do is wish you all, try don't loose hope.

It is very difficult for all of us. My parents work as taxi drivers and they earn 0.- atm, because in Austria they have a strict rule not to go out except for purchasing food etc. plus they are old and my father had multiple cancers in the past... and the government won't give anything. I worry very much about them.

But in this heavy time, I find it gorgeous to look outside. I don't know, how's the situation at your place, but here in Switzerland we have barely a beautiful sky when the planes are flying regularly, just an ugly whitish mist. But now, it is sooo beautiful and so many animals are seen. My heart jumps when I look outside. I wish it could stay like that, but sadly the planes get more and more every year..

The partner of Berlin's former governing mayor Klaus Wowereit died at the age of 54. He had been infected with Corona virus.
He had a pre-existing COPD

Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) puts men above the age of 50 at risk. This emerges from a WHO analysis of the disease process in China by mid-February *. According to this, around 4.7 percent of the men infected with COVID-19 died. It was around 2.8 percent of those infected among women.

"news" from Finland
  • Finns have difficulties in maintaining the minimum of 1 m distance between each other in their social life. they do not like to give up the normal 2 m distance.
  • the province Uusimaa around the capital Helsinki was closed in quarantine for a so-far undefined time on March 28 at midnight. all roads are blocked and travellers checked by police and army. only people with legal reasons for travel are let through the blocks.
proposals have been made to make Turku the capital again. - Turku was the capital of Finland till the Great Fire in 1827.

Ame, nr 1 is very understandable for Estonians too! We have here the rule 2+2, it means not more than two persons together(except the family) no closer than 2 m from other people.
But better stay home!
It would be much harder if we didn´t have the internet and a good mobile connection. We are not alone!
Stay well. This bad time will be over one day.
