Hello,

my name ist Ursula and I am living near Stuttgart in Germany.
I did not find any other thread for indroduction, so I choose this one.

Weeks ago a link for the WTE Webcam were posted in a motobike Forum and since then we had a look and then several looks a day on that nest.
Unfortunately the web cam is out of order, but this made us search for the reason and we found looduskalender and the other webcams and - have a guess: we are watching all of them. :loveshower:
Very impressed not only for the enthusiasm of all volunteers on that project we like to thank all of you for that wonderful chance to have a view on the development of the birds.
I say we, maybe my Partner will join too, but maybe he will only watch incognito.

My avatar are puffins, which we saw on Lunga Island in Scotland, and my Forum name is Scotish gaelic for the spray of the sea or sand. And so you know about another interest, it is the Gaelic language.
By the way, on the outer hebrides in Scotland we say some golden eagles. Wonderful.

That's for the beginning. :D

Yes airras, I think I understood. Why do you welcome only the people from your country? Aren't we all people of one world?

¿Por qué sólo le dan la bienvenida a la gente de su país? ¿No somos todos los habitantes de un mundo?

Lena, airras is FROM Catalonia and I think meant to welcome you from there, not only people living in Catalonia. airras is communicating with a translator, so things might sometimes be a bit given to misunderstanding!

Hello airras, I am sorry if I misunderstood you. Maybe you should look for a better translation programm, because what you said was really ambiguous (ambiguo). :slap:

Lena: Before I say goodbye, I send my best wishes to all French members for a happy holiday. Joyeux quatorze Juillet!
Not everybody knows about holidays in other countries. May be the day of the holidays you get information on the radio.

Not everybody knows about holidays in other countries.
14 of July is the highest French National holiday and it was mentioned today in every German newspaper. But I did not say that you have to know it. All I did was to say happy holiday to our French friends. By the way, Google knows all about it.

Lena101 wrote:Dear members of the forum, I finally find the time to give you some information on my person. I found the estnish webcams while looking for a new stork webcam, after the one in Bavaria, I had been watching, was turned off. The male stork had an accident and was dead and the female stork waited for him to come back and in the meantime the chicks had starved. I was so angry with these people and I wondered, why they had not taken the chicks to a bird rearing station. I was so happy to find the webcams of the ospreys and the black storks, which are so interesting to watch. Most interesting is the Alutaguse Forest cam with all kinds of surprises, the Käsmu shore with lots of life and at the same time peacefull athmosphere, and the stormy shore of Vilsandi. I go there virtually whenever I find the time.
I live in the southwest of Germany, my grandmother was French and I go to France whenever I can as I feel a bit French. I worked as an interpreter and since I also have studied psychologie, I have worked for many years as a volunteer for an ecumenical telephone hotline to prevent suicide. I have two grown up daughters who live their own and happy life and I have been happy for already 12 years with the man I always dreamed off, a doctor.
My avatar is a cat, because he looks exactly like Benjamin, my best friend, who unfortunately died of kidney failure some time ago.

Before I say goodbye, I send my best wishes to all French members for a happy holiday. Joyeux quatorze Juillet!
Merci Lena 101. La fête était grandiose ce soir. Concert de musique classic et magnifique festival de feu d'artifice. Bienvenue. :D
Carmel a member of SHOW .. I hope you love birds too. Its economical. It saves going to heaven.
