Vladislav? Though I like that name very much (all slav-endings), but it doesn't fit at all, oh, no, faaaar too fancy. An eagle or stork, who travels, yes, but so-on-earth local animal - definitely not. Next to so-homy and simple Kadi I'd prefer something similar like Juku (in english Yoo-koo, coming from Jaan or Johannes) or Rein or especially Madis :innocent:

I agree. Juku > Juss > Juhan > Johannes.
@ airras
Pepe - Pipi is too similar. The red-haired girl, Astrid Lindgren's children's book.

Kadi, Kadri, Katrin etc > Katariina or Catherine.
Kadrina is the place, not a female name, but the name is coming from the fact, that it had been devoted to Saint Catherine (there is St Catherine's church)

Madis, Matu, Matis, Mati, Mattis > Matthias or Matthew. Badger=mäger in estonian, so Matt the Badger or Mäger Madis or Mägra-Madis - there is the alliteration and assonance and he is very native character, lol. Like Winnie the Pooh
