Southwest Florida Eagle Cam
Re: Harriet & M15, American Bald Eagle Cam
From the chat:
Back in the nest tree - on the attic after three hours out in the world
It was long ago I was here last time
Checking if the cam really recorded all the adventure of the day
Now I wish there will be a delicious supper for both the hero and the audience and I

Way to go, E17!

With "live" I meant following the cams in live stream - I have not travelled to Florida to watch the eagles

Thanks for all pics and the old memories.
I watched them during lunch break; they were relaxing on the nest, looked tired
They are so big and look great; with their problems as new born babies, I'm sure that they weren't able to survive in nature, without treatment.
I wish them a good and long life!

Little E18 has made it to the Porch
He jumped there not only once but twice
He did lots of flapping there, too
And studied the outer world thoroughly

E18 made it finally to the attic - and can't get enough of the new views
E18 made it finally to the attic - and can't get enough of the new views
It looks like E18 would have grown bigger with the time than E17. On the Danish WTE page an expert says that female eagles fledge later than males probably because they are larger and heavier and need more training in order to be ready for flight. I maybe have to change my mind of the eaglets' genders - E17 can be male and E18 female.
