many thanks for the reporting with great pictures and videos
Unfortunately i don't have enough time even to watch the cam currently, therefore i am very grateful to read back the updates of this nest.

The good feedings make me happy, i hope the parents will be able to bring also water soon.

The 'strange black feathers' most likely came from Mom, when she arrived that morning, the 20th at 5.44, she had very dirty black feet from collecting food
i assume she stood with her dirty black feet on the storklet, so his plumage became dirty black, too. Later in the afternoon on the 20th the chick was already almost 'clean' again.
