Metra didn't arrive so this is maybe a sign Marcis fledged too?
Unfortunately I have no time to watch the cam the next 2 days to see if Marcis return once again.
Manu :hi: Like you, I have less time to watch the cams. And it's more difficult to see Marcis now that I'm back to work, and he is so rarely in the nest.
I wish Marcis all the best, and a good and safe journey to the south.
Metra and Macho, I wish you a good and safe journey too, I really hope we will meet you again in the spring.
Thank you so much to all involved, It has been a successful season here too!!
Maybe Marcis will visit the nest again, and if I'm lucky I will see him and his parents one more time:))
And thank you to all for beautiful pictures, videos and comments..despite of the, sometimes, jagged cam.

Good night

Lussi: Maybe we will see a glimpse of them on weekend. Who knows?

If we don't see Marcis once again I wish him a good and safe journey and hope he will have a happy eagle life. It was a pleasure to follow the life of this nice birds. And I like the moments very much when Metra cuddled her big boy every evening.

I hope we will see Metra and Macho again in spring when they return from the south. Your are such great parents!!!

Thanks a lot to all persons who are involved to this project and make it possible we can follow the life of these eagles for a while.

Good night

Mārcis is easy in and out the nest, he likes this nest, as his mother likes it and they are together all the time. Last night Mārcis an Mētra sleeped on the brunch somewhere near the nest. Here are some pics for those who will look them after some time... :hi:

I agree that it is really so lovely to watch mutual loving care of LSE. That's why it is so necessary for us not to interfere and not to spoil this evening-and-night-being-together habit that gives so much to little eagles. :loveshower:

WOW, what a huge prey Marcis brought (if he brought it himself) to the nest  .
I think it was nobody in the nest when the light became dark.
