good morning :hi:
Felis Silvestris, that's another book.
Title: The Lesser Spotted Eagle in swooping
Knowledge and approaches in the Lesser Spotted Eagle Protection
ISBN 978-3-936802-13-9
I got the book, along with my certificate as a spotted eagle sponsor.

I just found the page with the information about this Project Eagle protection and sponsorship.
Thanks for the tip, Liz.
I think it's a great way to help.
Because I have a feeling, eagles have no lobby here in Germany.
Sorry for O.T.

Liz - it IS the Tagungsband, as you can see from the catalogue card from DNB, the ISBN is identical

Black Swan - the awareness about those eagles is growing, but very slow, but for me the Estonian (and Latvian) LSE cams do their share to help with this!

If you want to find more information, the database here in the forum is a good start, I have been collecting things now for the last two years.

For the database or the nest? The database is linked in my signature and about the nest and whatever we know at the moment you find on first page. Right now the camera is not working due to battery problems!

Good day to all!
Unfortunately misfortune does not come alone and now batteries are down, the team is working on it.
Uģis Bergmanis has confirmed that Mētra is in the nest! That means that happily both Mētra and Mačo are safe and sound... and could happen that we would see an egg later and a little eagle baby this year... fingers crossed...

Thank you for the information.
I was worried about Metra, so it's a relief to hear that she is safe.
Fingers crossed from me too, it would have been really nice to be so lucky to watch the family life of this wonderful couple once again.

11 May

I checked the latvian forum and saw that the cam is online again..

18:12 - Metra :loveshower: :loveshower:

I think they are waiting for a second egg because the first egg most likely is broken. It was left alone too long:(
They wonder why it took so long for Metra to arrive, and so do I..
