It looks like this nest needs a lot of work still to be suitable for breeding and raising chicks. It's rather small, has no nest bowl yet and no railing whatsoever to prevent chicks from falling off. So they better start to gather some big branches to connect the corners of the human made 'foundation', and then just fill the gaps osprey-wise. Busy times ahead for them. Will be interesting to watch the nest building progress.
