9:57-58
WTE Mister L in, calmly rammed the twigs, and suddenly in the upper left corner someone flew to the top of the nest tree. Mister L momentarily, shouting, leaves the nest Image

I mess up the chronology a bit..
08.21-08.24 but an interesting moment, wind blows Mr. L on Milda :headroll: and Milda of course shows all what she thinks about this moment

At 7:59:50-8:00:10 the eagle was flying around the nest.

At 9:56:48 maybe an eagle voice?

Something strange happened today. That eagle that flew in at 9:57, who is he? Before his appearance and almost half an hour after departure, the male cried many times. Some eagle flew to the top. At 10:07, the eagle screamed in pain. At 10:19, the eagle at the top ruffled its feathers.

Oct 23

good morning!

yesterday at 9:57 the eagle who came to the nest was Mr L (i think; it was difficult to see because of the light). he worked for a while. the other eagle who flew to the top was probably Milda. if it had been a stranger there would have been a lot more calling and crying. Mr L flew out at the same moment when the eagle landed on the tree.

Mr L then called in the forest after he he had left at
10:10:16
10:16:43 (a male's voice on both times; i didn't find an eagle's voice before this?)
10:19:44 someone ruffled feathers on the top (perhaps; the wind was loud and the sound was soft).
10:20:05 a male voice called again nearby.
10:22:54 a male voice again.
i could not see or hear anyone leaving the tree top but that is no surprise with that wind.

i think that the "pain cry" was a blackbird's call. the bird was not near and the voice was too short and too loud to be and eagle's cry of pain. if there had been an eagle fight there would have been sounds of beating wings and a lot of other noise, too.
besides the blackbird a jay called.

i don't think that there was any drama in this incidence, at least not anything involving any strange eagle(s).
Milda was a bit snappy yesterday morning (when is she not! :slap: ). she pecked Mr L twice at 8:21 - 8:22 when he was a bit too close to her and the wind tossed him over Milda.

this was a good working day for the eagles. they brought several sticks in the morning starting at 8:35 when they scared a squirrel away from the nest.
9:58 they finished.
