I also watched this video and saw his "skills".
Yes, others will have a hard time disputing his food or something else that belongs to him :rotf:

:rotf:
is it Maris who took Knips? i think he was a bit crazy-brave going into that cage to catch Knips with bare hands. i would have worn at least some sort of safety goggles. :whistling:
Knips was no easy catch: healthy and strong and clearly not happy with the way he was treated. the voices he made!
i left the video here because the original is on the previous page. the release video is also there.

welcome Berit Tjernberg! :gathering:

You have many friends, we all wished you a happy return to Freedom.
Live happily ever under a free sky, dear Knips!

hello!
I have a question

Was Knips released somewhere close to his nest, or this was a different area?

rodjur: He was released far from where the nest is located. The nest is irrelevant anyway. The main thing is that he is released in an area where he can find food.

Unfortunately not. The camera and other equipment have been dismantled and taken to another tree, somewhere else. Which species is going to breed there is yet unknown. It was built by WTE's but it seems also golden eagles are flying around this new tree.
So we will see what the new camera will bring, if they get the system to work, it is not yet functioning properly.

Here the page on the Latvian forum where I asked this question recently.
