Misters, on mine you were mistaken! The feeding trough is kept also feeding of birdies proceeds. A feeding trough have closed from robbers-pigeons because they did not admit small birdies to a forage

I enquired about this bird-feeding place. The reply I just had is this

Doves took the place over and all other birds left because of that.

"Food is waiting, but because of doves other birds left this place. And there are other places nearby for feeding. Mr.LK said that we have to wait if they come back. Bird feeding house is rebuilt to let only small birds in."
So the birds are safe enough for winter food. That's a relief.
