pity that you do not know what it is, because I do not know what bird it is then.vainamoinen wrote:This is not Mistle Thrush. It's too small. I don't know who it is.

Great catch, lispet!

The nesttree is shaking so much today, wind is fierce. It seems that there is a shoreline of a bay (lake? - sea?) in the upper left corner ... close to the "eParaksts"

This nest is located near Viesīte. It's inland in southern part of Latvia. So sea isn't possible variant. Maybe lake, maybe mirage?Bea wrote:Great catch, lispet! I made also some screen shots during the shaky hours, maybe the scenery is just confusing because of the light?Bea wrote: The nesttree is shaking so much today, wind is fierce. It seems that there is a shoreline of a bay (lake? - sea?) in the upper left corner ... close to the "eParaksts"

Yep, there were a lot of shadows of clouds "rolling" over the landscape - and then big areas were illuminated by sunlight - hard to say.
Hopefully nest will get inhabitants - and we can watch them coming in with fish from one direction
