21:05 And now she is again "bathing" in the nestbowl. *hihihi* She is going to make deep hole of it
I think it is the same owl I saw before, but this time paid a longer visit (even two)
Very interesting behaviour (it looked like diving in the nest bowl) and what a cuteness.
To recall I watched my record of ringing: all three owlets were ringed their left legs.

She took off, after she was here for more than one more hour.
And not a merest hint of vocalisation the whole time!

A female is answering in quite a distance, hardly to hear because of traffic sounds

16:52 - She is not banded, I am sure it were Heinzl and Lotte
She took off immediately after this snapshot.
Short before Heinzl takes off, one can see a glimpse of the ring on the right leg.

Good catch of the moment, Mamicja
This behaviour seems to be part of their relationship, too - we saw it already several times now.
Whenever Lotte comes closer to Heinzl sitting in the nestbowl, he takes flight as fast as he can

16:17 Yes, Bea. He is saying "Goodbye 2014!"
16:51 He's coming in and shows his backside!
...now one eye is to be seen.
Only a short visit: three minutes.
Thank you for coming!
