As soon as the camera shows new pictures. As long as it is "August" there :unsure: :mrgreen: - no use!

Hello!
On Soomaa site( http://eesti.soomaa.com/kui-korgele-tou ... -suurvesi/ ) they announced prediction contest about higher water level this year.
Also there is written that this year has been unusual.
During end of December and beginning of January there was flood already because of rain.
Then in the middle of January suddenly arrived steady cold for 3 weeks which changed flooded areas to ice fields.
In the middle of February new warm weather has arrived and it seems the Spring is not far anymore.
Although there are not much snow, but quite deep ice may course usual flood soon.
