Thanks for the video, Marta :hi:

Beautiful girls and wonderful young parents Mai and Mikk. Both of them have made it perfectly - raised two lovely osprey daughters. So nice to see them together in the nest. The time approaches when we will only be able to imagine them. I already miss them all...

Wow, what a fight between Carla and Cecilia. Not a long fight, but probably the first serious fight in an Estonian osprey nest since I started watching in 2012.

Thanks for all the interesting videos and pictures today. :offtobed:

They need practice in fighting and Mai already learned Carla how to fight for the prey, Carla learned and practices it against her sibling - she also challenges her sister: teaches Cecilia how a threat can look like - and Cecilia learns: to protect her prey

Some of these days it looks like the parents would compete of supplying food - and that is more than well :D

It warms my heart so to see both chicks eating their own fish at the same time. These girls have become luxirous when Mai started to take over her role in supplying prey to the offspring :D

Some time around 20:37 the cam went off ... :bash:

 Yes! So let's hope she will stay a little more. She is the stronger part. Carla had wet feathers this morning, I guess they are developing quick how to fish. And yes it warms my heart too. I just would like to see were they go, what they do when we don't see them. But ...

Oops now we don't see them at all.

It is true, they are first timers probably both and very much learning all the time - I like Mai especially, she is known to be a first timer and she does everything just fine! She is a super first timer mom

Maybe the battery is already down and no longer recharging as good as it did in the beginning of the season ..... :puzzled:

Yesterday cam started at 12:15 and stopped again at 19:20 ....

So, has the entire family started their migration for good? Cam has been down, but now shows an empty nest...
If so, I wish all 4 a wonderful and safe flight !
