The new garden gives Birgit much pleasure! Although its smaller, but rather overseeable. Here the corner with the pond beside fruit trees are following. Underneath the fruit trees just now wild flowers are growing.
The first experiences and visitors in the new biotope please find here.

For nearly two month we have continous temperatures far above 30C. So one does not feel like making excursions, which also would be useless, because also the birds are hiding in the shadow.
But my garden biotope gives great pleasure! Umpteem young goldfinches have, thanks to the sunflowers, every day enough food
Well, three firecrests also payed me a visit. Here are the images:
Firecrests and Goldfinches
And on another subject, for some time I am posting photos on Facebook. That's often faster. Who wants to have a look, please find me here:

Well, you also will find a Rock bunting with her son in the report, but the oustanding experience were the Steinbocks who rather ousted Birgit from the waterhole. But of course she immediately left her observation point, when she noticed, that they wanted to satisfy their thirst.

At the moment Birgit hardly can tell as quick what is happening at the Guadalhorce mouth. The nordic Waders arrived here on their migration and the weather is so beautiful, that Birgit is rather with them but at the PC. It really is such a great pleasure to look at these beautiful and brave birds.
Here a Bar-tailed godwit:

Stilts are extremely brave and are most popular as neighbours in the Birds world, because they continously give alarm and even drive off a Fox.
