00:03 She left; 2 active chicks were seen for a short moment
Dad landed after she left. Upon arrival he already start feeding. It's amazing !!
00:23 Change : Dad left, I was able to watch longer till Mom came in, to cover babies.

Thanks! Yes, it could well be a Scaup or a Merganser, I checked xeno-canto, I'm not very familiar with ducks.
But a Raven is always a possibility, yes
@Biker
Thanks for the recording!

It may be a Duck. Ferruginous- or Tufted duck. Or maybe a Scaup. Or a Merganser.
Or maybe I'm just hearing things, and it's a Raven.

6:39 well-fed chicks. both must go ...
7:39 what is she doing?
Does it mean - previously she was able to feed but now she swallowed the food further away?

Yes, the female suddenly moved a little to the right of the nest at 12:18, and the chicks soon followed. She came back to the nest at 12:30, but then went out of frame again. Here's just the first couple minutes, until the birds are mostly out of sight.
After a transmission break at 12:34, the cam came back at 12:37, zoomed out to show the new location.
Update: At 16:00, after going back and forth a little, the female and chicks returned to the "old" nest.
