Tatyana .... I have the feeling that the same thing can be heard over and over again. But I'm not sure.

Yeah, well in early mornings there seems to be fresh sounds but then it chokes in some odd way..
There are new summer birds from Africa coming in like the Pied Flycatcher that sings loud near the nest now, it arrived 2 days ago and also Cuckoo, Wood Warbler was heard yesterday, right on schedule. Guess you can trust the bird calender rather well
2 chicks were heard yesterday morning.
Tomorrow on Saturday it's 2-weeks birthday party for the younger one

Hello everyone!
When will it be possible for bird watchers to go to the nest and check the camera without fear that the parents will leave the сhicks? Only when the сhicks will be ringed or before?

I wouldn't mind if they wait until ringing.
2-cluthes are not common and maybe one extra early visit would disturb the peace in the nest so that the younger one gets killed, don't know

Urmas hasn't written for a long time. Are they still planning to go to the nest?
By the way, this morning a chick has hatched in the Latvian GE nest

Today I listened to voices for a long time. I heard only the voice of one chick.
On bad frames, there was also one white spot (before there were two)
ok if it's wrong

Today the small one can be heard very clearly (I think it is shortly after 08:00 Estonian time)
Around 09:00 (ET) ... very good to hear a young bird

Around 8:50 I can hear a chick and some rustling. Maybe it is fed.
The sound is very faint, I had to use headphones with the volume turned to max.

All seems well
Since there is not much activity in the thread and Urmas wants a bird list I thought I could post one here now and not to disturb too much
Mixed sorting and names (IOC 10.1, Bird Guide 2009)
The list is open for discussion
