It's not the first day I've heard noise, like at 20:11, for example. It looks like the horns of a deer are locked together. Can this be? Not early?

It started at 20:48. For me, this is not the voice of a cow. At 20:56 again the sound of horns, as when fighting deer. The voice is also like a deer.
Sonchik is right, this was not a cow.
the calls were so "big" that i think it had to be the biggest of the deer, the red deer (Cervus elaphus).
20:48 onward a red deer male called. i'm not sure if i heard clanging of antlers
(the 'horns' which drop every year and grow back are called antlers in English. horns stay on the head all the animals life. i don't know why there are two words for this "equipment" in English. in Finnish we have only one word sarvet)
but i heard some other noise like hitting branches. to me it sounded like one lonely male. perhaps he hit trees with his antlers.

21:06 a voice like coughing. this was still the deer.

good night!

This is very good! Know that there are programs that restore data. I so restored the folder with photos. However, you can't write anything new to this media before restoring it.

At 19:02, the Eaglet began to scream.
The Eaglet screamed until 19:34.

September 3

Good morning everyone! :hi:

ame, I'm glad that you found your videos! :2thumbsup:

Sonchik thanks for reporting and pictures

Florinda, the wolf eats calves, if at all. Cows are too big. It is human responsibility to ensure flock protection of their cows, sheep or .... Dogs kill more goats, sheep, and other smaller farm animals than wolves. Nobody cares about dogs that kill people and animals.

good morning!
thank you for the comments and observations!
the files were not deleted as i first feared. i just had moved them to another place than where i usually move them.
quite another mystery to me is why the Potplayer made so much space-consuming videos yesterday afternoon. usually on hour video is about 914 MBytes. yesterday they were about 25 GBytes each, for 1-hour videos files! normally one whole day takes that much, day and night. when i came home my hard drive was full. then i had to make space in panic and move some files to an external drive at once. my mistake i moved the files to a "wrong" place.

5:37 a pygmy owl called. then another bird but i can't say what bird.
5:53 a pygmy owl again (i think) although this was only "half of the normal call. a little later a "whole" call. then some rustling at the nest. :puzzled:
5:54 the pygmy owl again.
5:55 the pygmy owl.

the pygmy owl went on calling.
5:59 the next call.
6:00 a untypical call but i think it was still the pygmy owl.
6:03 tawny owl? yes but rather far.
6:04 the pygmy owl.
6:05 again.
6:09 again, an unfinished call.

by 6:15 no more owls. that's when i stopped listening continuously.
at about 6:18 a blackbird started talking in the forest. he needs some light before he wakes up, not much but some. 8-)

6:36 it sounded like a buzzard but i think it was a fake buzzard, i.e. a jay. the voice didn't come from the sky (and it was early. it still is early, no coffee yet)
i skipped the cranes and the rest.
