April 28th

Bubo continues to fly through his territory and fixes it with calls.

...from 21:34 to 21:40 last night.

Good that Bubo is doing well! :2thumbsup:

@guest, thank you very much for the video !!! :loveshower:
I also rewound the visit ... I miss Bubo and the daily hope for a successful season. There is a long time to wait for autumn.

Well, our black storks suddenly have a lot of women. :rotf:

Let's hope for a miracle for Bubo in the fall. And above all .... Bubo should be fine.

Hello everybody! :hi:

While our dear Bubo did not find a wife and has no chicks, I suggest watching a video from Königstein (Germany)
Chicks of the Eurasian Eagle Owl.

June 7th

Hello everybody! :hi:

I activated my headphones for Bubo's area today to know if he can still be heard.
No, unfortunately not.
Cuckoos currently seem to be comfortable in his area.

Already 03:16 a cuckoo calls like crazy. At times it seems to be more. I didn't know they were nocturnal.
03:39 only brief but beautiful ... he sang a song! :loveshower: I've never heard a cuckoo sing.
Again 03:40 and then it went into calls.

Bird chirping throughout the day - and cuckoos.
I will continue trying. The welcome flower for Ms. Bubo is growing and thriving. :innocent:

The camera has not been running since mid-June. (18th of June)
I don't ask (there are no answers) but I hope the best for Bubo and of course that the stream will be back on soon. :innocent:

August 30th

Hello Bubo friends! :hi:

A year ago today, Bubo began to visit his nest more regularly. :innocent:
Unfortunately the stream has not yet been switched on. Does anyone know any news?

Polly, It was written that this expensive camera would be moved to another place.

I found it again

17. January 2020 by MĀRIS

The Eurasian Eagle Owl live streaming will remain in the old place, but since this live broadcast is basically the most expensive, the most complicated, because here also uses night vision, adjustable camera, it would be very unfortunate to use these resources useless, and solutions are already being sought.

Liz

Yes, I remember this thought. But was the camera actually misplaced?
It would be a sin to leave this owl's life unobserved. Even if a brood is unsuccessful - that's exactly why. Nothing moves that much and draws attention. Hm ...

Hopeful greetings :innocent:
