9:57 - 9:59 black woodpeckers called nearby. i think there were at least two.

10:12 a jay flew to the left branch with something in his/her beak, an acorn maybe. the jay was working on the left branches. was he/she hiding the thing there?
and back to the left branch and to the nest.
10:13:55 another jay flew by on the lower right corner and the jay flew to the camera with a short stick that he/she took from the nest.
the images on the left and centre are enlarged to 170 % of the original.
Image

then once more back to the top branches.
10:15 the jay flew away to the spruce on the right.

17:28:59 a jay buzzed very near.
17:29 a jay started calling in the forest very nervously. i think this was another jay.
17:30 a jay visited the top branch and cried a lot. he/she seemed to be very upset. i couldn't see or hear anything that might have upset him/her. :puzzled:

18:15 a jay again. and a blackbird again. :D
the jay peeked in the camera. then the jay tried to chase the blackbird away for a long time but with little luck.
18:21:47 two jays and a blackbird.

18:22 all three flew to the spruce on the right. the jays flew around on the right (perhaps the blackbird, too, but invisibly).

8:18 a nuthatch on the lens. then a juvenile blackbird on the nest. a great tit on the lower right side. then a nuthatch to the upper left branch and another to the poop branch.

8:18:59 a wasp flew by the camera. she is still here, too.
wasp in yellow ellipses, a nuthatch in a blue ellipse on the top branch above the poop branch and a blackbird in the pink square.
Image

8:19 several wood pigeons flew away from our top. the juvenile blackbird flew to the front of the nest. a little grey bird on the left branch. the profile looked like a chaffinch but there were no stripes on the wings. a juvenile??
there were, however, white stripes on the sides of the tail. i think it was a chaffinch.Image

two brown birds. on the rear right a redwing or a song thrush (??) and on the front left a siskin (?).
the birds in the boxes are enlarged to 150 % of the original. now i see the little bird in the front right better. i think it's a yellowhammer. the end of the back is red-brown.

8:20 two blackbirds and two great tits.
8:21 a thrush of some sort to the right branch. i think it's rather a song thrush than a redwing. redwings should have a white stripe above the eye.

then a jay with an acorn.
the jay stuffed the acorn inside the nest. :whistling:
he/she will be sooo disappointed when he/she will return to get it. there will be a heap of stick on top of his/her hides. :slap:

8:26 a jay returned. he/she checked the place where the jay hid the acorn. it must be the same jay.
then the jay went upstairs and talked there.
8:26:46 the jay flew away and a little grey bird flew to the top branch.

8:27:35 the little bird flew away. it was impossible to see what bird it was.

8:44 a bird flew to the spruce on the right.
8:44:52 the bird flew from the spruce and by the nest tree close on the left side. a jay.
the images in the box on the right are enlarged to 150 % of the original.
Image

9:57 an eagle! Mr L ? yes.
Image

he is doing nest work, digging the nest. he is messing up the jay's storage...
a jay shrieked nearby. the jay is upset! :rotf:

edit:
9:57 another eagle landed on the top of the spruce on the right. Milda presumably.

Sonchik saw a bird high in the sky before Mr L and Milda came. this was perhaps one of them approaching.

i made a clip of the flight. it's better to watch it on as large screen as possible and possibly in slow motion. the bird is very difficult to see.
