Hello everyone
From our forum member romy I got the hint (thank you!) about a SWR TV documentation of Stefan Brüchers´ newest work, it can be found in ARD Mediathek:
https://www.ardmediathek.de/video/lande ... zE4ODQ1NTY
In German language only and I don´t know who from other countries can access this ARD Mediathek, but give it a try, the clip is worth watching and most pictures speak for themselves, especially for all the experienced Eagle Owl observers who read here

this can be heard more often in recent times, and sometimes also seen. (Archiv)
Maybe it's the chick that S. Brücher spoke in his diary entry of 16 June 23. A picture wasn't attached, but I'll show it now

Happy NEW YEAR to everyone.
It would be great if we could see Lotte and Leo again in 2024.
And that's what I wish for owl lovers.

In the morning I only saw the striped tail and thought the raccoon was back. But no, it was a wild cat. Videos are now embedded on the EGE page.

Two owls in the nest. I am not sure if one of them was Leo.

The raccoon stops by almost every evening around 6 p.m. No longer a good breeding place for eagle owls
30 minutes later the eagle owls came and visited nest Cam 2 and 1

Our couple is very active lately. I wonder which nest they will choose, hopefully a safe one.
