In countries where they only migrate but do not breed, birdwatchers know where and when they have to go if they want to see an osprey.
(For a few years now, they have also started breeding again in France, Corsica, Andalusia and eastern Germany).
Good evening to all! :hi:

Not only eastern Germany, also in the north (Steinhuder Meer with stream, wonderful nest). This year with three kids.
In Bavaria Eschenbach (southern Germany) also a nest with cam since few years.

I added my photos and wanted to be polite... and all is lost now!
I'm never polite again!

For me it is the same, my pictures and comments from yesterday are gone...

Thank you, Heloise, for the nice catches from Marko today.

To the thoughts from you (sova, Gavril, mogga): The pity is, that we will never know it...
I've the same thinking like sova, for me X4 and XC were away from the nest very early. Normally the youngsters fill up their "tanks" with fish from parent so much and so long they can. From what I know, they learn to catch their own fish on the migration way. Marko would have most likely brought fish for a longer time to the nest, but both were away so fast.

I wish all friends of osprey a good night, especially for sova, Gavril, Heloise, Hellem, mogga

28. August

Good morning dear friends, family M

mogga, you said it well :D ... now it is probably over. Just like Ivo and Iiri's camera, our camera is no longer listed on Kotkaklubi. But I would have liked to know how long the Marko stayed there ... or how long Ivo and Iiris would have looked after the three.
I'm sorry but I have to say now; it's a shame that everything is subordinated to the BS. It seems to me, how the two cameras (ospreys) do not exist ...

So sad there is no streaming anymore. Neither this nest or by Ivo and Iiris.

Yes, it's pity for sure, that we are not able to watch to the really end of the season. Normally the cams run til early October.

sova, mogga, Hellem, Heloise, I wish you all a good health and a good time during the "off season". Take care of you!
