With thakns to Tayana here is a new webcam for us.

It is a nest of the Eastern Imperial Eagle in Tatarstan.
There are two chicks and two beautiful adults. The male is named Altyn and the female is Aaltynoy.

Live webcam shows the nest of the eastern imperial eagle in the Nizhnyaya Kama National Park in the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia. The camera allows you to observe the life of birds in their natural habitat in real time. The eastern imperial eagle is protected by the Red Data Books of Russia, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan.

The eastern imperial eagle is an eagle, a large bird of prey of the hawk family. Breeds in the steppe and forest-steppe zone of Eurasia to the east to Lake Baikal and central regions of China. Inhabits open spaces with islands of forest or freestanding tall trees. It hunts medium-sized game - ground squirrels, gerbils, marmots, small hares, some medium-sized birds.

The National Park «Nizhnyaya Kama» is located in the north-east of Tatarstan, in the valley of the Kama River and its tributaries Toyma, Kriusha, Tanaika, Shilna. Administratively, the territory of the park is located within the boundaries of Yelabuga and Tukayevsky districts. The National Park «Nizhnyaya Kama» was created in 1991 to preserve and restore a unique natural complex of the richest floristically and typologically woodlands and floodplain meadow communities of the Republic of Tatarstan and use them for scientific, recreational, educational and cultural purposes.
