a cock is crowing at the farm...
7:22 two cocks at the same time!
two cocks at the same farm or a cock at two farms? i think the latter is more possible. :whistling:

8:06 a little bird on the front of the nest, a tit. a blue tit probably, juvenile. the voice sounded like a blue tit and the face looks like a blue tit's face: light stripe above the eye.
- the light was rather poor.

10:36 a grey-headed wood-pecker visited the top branches quietly. mega2 spotted this. thank you mega2!

10:42 calls... a woodpecker? but not a great spotted but this didn't sound like a grey-head either. :puzzled:
no-one in sight.

edit: it was an osprey's voice!
here's a comparison:

apparently nothing has happened and no-one has visited. at least mega2 hasn't reported anything and she sees the smallest things.

16:48 a bird called a short call and then a shadow flew by the nest on the left side.

19:44 - 19:50 many sorts of woodpeckers called, a great spotted, a black woodpecker (far) and a third for the longest time. that was probably a grey-headed woodpecker (?)
