There IS an egg. The tension is out of her body. She had about 3 contractions. The egg was not visible, but you could tell by her body movements.

I saw, that she was in labor. I have it written in the chat and here. But there is no egg at this time :puzzled:

Timea, here I wrote that it looks like she is in labor

Male is still hooting. I think she saw him.

she is scratching in the nest
16:42 crows are calling

15:32 - 16:46 video is cut down to 17 minutes

Timea, you can't say there's an egg and you can't say there isn't. I really have no idea. Basically I'm waiting to see her lay an egg

17:06 male starts hooting
17:15 he is hooting.. she is resting
17:24 Female is sleeping
17:26 she is looking behind her.
17:27 back to sleep
17:31 he is hooting
17:33 she is preening herself
now she is sitting in the nest bowl

15:56 it started .. she went in labor. You can see it clearly in the video ..
after that she starts turning .. and turning ... and turning .. She turned the egg out :rotf:

EDIT: 16:11 she is in labor again .. that has to be the right time - Thank you very much mega2 :loveshower:
that matches my observations here:
viewtopic.php?p=891298#p891298
after that, Timea saw an egg

BTW: Basically, I can't make a video titled Female lays her first egg. We will not see an egg at any time..
I'm waiting for my download to finish. I would like to have the video in one piece. My recordings are often interrupted because I wanted to check something. So I can't zoom. Or it would be a lot of work.
