Once again, food deliveries are mornings only.

16:49-18:52 brooding in same position, getting drowsy.

A lot of thorough preening this evening: 18:53, 19:57, 20:49 resettling in between, some dozing off.

Settled at last 20:53, drowsing.

Went dark with Anna likely already asleep (difficult to say) yet unlike other evenings, she had yet to put her head in her back feathers.

Anna sleeps early - most of the late afternoon spent with head over to the back and little preening: slow food day so conserve energy?

quick preen 21:14, shift in position and resettle on her precious eggs. And so it went into dusk.

18:31 finally Andris brings something that looks big (in his talons, and it took "some time" for Anna to swallow it) :loveshower:
Sorry I don't have a good pic.

No brooding time for Andris, I think Anna wasn't in the mood

Pascale, thank you! :loveshower:

It was a huge water vole . Part of it was visible. It was so heavy that Andris had to carry it in his claws

Anna was pretty hungry. She swallowed it right away
