Hi Liz,

thanks a lot! I wasn't at home all day and I am now looking what happened.
Right now I'm still watching Kergu's morning and midday  .

The pic with the lady on the lower branch is so sweet!

Kergu's day was exiting!

In the early morning he did was he does every day: doing his nest working job.
Later in the morning he fetched several wonderful things for his nest: grass, moss, roots, a branch and a long twig. The nest looks wonderful, great job, Kergu! :2thumbsup:
In the early afternoon he had es visitor - obviously a female! :loveshower:
She touched the edge of his nest for a millisecond and took the place close to the camera. while preening she watched Kergu's courtship efforts, and eventually she left and Kergu behind her.
He returned to the nest only in the early Saturday morning.

If Kergu doesn’t end up attracting a mate this year, does that mean he’s likely to abandon this nest, or will he still probably stay in Estonia for the duration until migration time?
