Thanks Brit! What nice story and great photographs. I just laughed but of amazement of the beautiful picture with text: "Also Mrs. Purple heron set off without delay". Wonderful! :wave:

Wonderful photography.!! :loveshower: and they tell a great story and the captions fit each one. :nod:
Now we know (I do )that Storks congregate and fly in great numbers to the south :headroll:

"Hmmmh, delicious! Olives are my favourite food!" this brambling, who arrived together with other songbirds at El Juanar, meant. It´s just a pity, that they are hiding so well!

It´s hard to believe, but this Guadalhorce-mouth area - narrowly between town and Airport - is just terrific! Imagine last Sunday a great bustard got lost there. - Yesterday Birgit had time, the weather was nice and so she drove there. The great bustard Birgit did not meet anymore, but she had many other lovely experiences. Always something is happening, nothing repeatable.
