and this one ?
when the bird showed its beak the camera wasn't yet ready to zoom in the back,
and when it was ready the bird bent and then flew off
could it be a goldfinch or a hawfinch ?

Yes, it is a fieldfare (Turdus pilaris)
The second one is a goldfinch.

And for the other one I agree with Biker
Stieglitz or Distelfink (Carduelis carduelis)

fieldfare is often seen like this:
Food in beak with head raised and wings slightly drooping

Yeaah, thank you both, Bea and Biker
I was uncertain with both, the fieldfare, because i wasn't able to see the breast, but most with the second, the goldfinch, because i didn't see any "yellow" on it.
If they only would stay posing good and long enough to take some good pictures, but mostly they don't do us this favour
Thank you both so much.
Edit:

ah, that's a good hint, thank you, Biker
BTW: this was the very first fieldfare i have ever seen, it was in a park

Bea, i have two questions:
coincidentally, i also posted pics of a White Stork today under White Storks/pictures. Was that the right place or should i move them to the conversation/birds thread ?
And: is it also allowed to post insects there ?

The goldfinch in my balcony box posed - accidentally.

I think your White Stork pictures can stay where you posted it, I see no problem, despite they are not from a webcam (the forum is called "Other Webcams" and the sub-forum "White Storks"), but the topic´s name is "Pictures and information about White Storks", so I think it fits.
About insects, hmmmm, we have in the Social Corner a sub-forum "Nature in Photographs", I could open a new topic called "Insects" there
viewforum.php?f=36
What about this solution?

Thank you, Bea, also for the explanation.
And yes, that would be wonderful, if it doesn't mean too much effort for you
(i mean whether it's worth it if maybe only a few posts will come ?)

Let´s try it and see what happens, maybe it is a good opportunity to draw attention to insects, a very important part of "Mother Nature"
Topic is opened
