Arnt, thank you very much for this beautiful pictures It shows that you are a professional
I hope the swan weathered the storm well. Applies to all our birds. It must have been bad for the cranes. They usually use the shallow lagoon (Bodden) waters as a place to sleep and rest.
There was a breach in the dike on the Barther Bodden. I hope everyone kept their feet dry. The fire brigade was on duty day and night. Great work! Today I'm going to look at the coast.Dune collapse between Graal Müritz and Dierhagen... let's see how bad it is

Today on the Bodden Meadows:
everything is flooded. It rained for days. Some of the cycle paths are also no longer passable. Today I saw many geese and whooper swans are flying southwest.
here whooper swans are starting from the flooding meadows. the ducks stayed there. I didn't get much further than that. The path was flooded and another path could only be used by boat. It's hard to imagine me traveling on the bike path in a canoe
The correct name is Ribnitz See,but it is a lagoon like all the others here too.

Arnt
great pics You can see that a professional is taking photos
I saw today many birds on my way to the Darß!
On the way back I recorded a group of geese with my smartphone. It looked like a sea eagle had disturbed them. After they all fell to the ground, they flew up again. But I didn't wait. I had already been cycling for 3 hours! I wanted to go home
